He shared images of his interaction with members of the Indian community on X.
“After programmes in Delaware, landed in New York. Eager to be among the diaspora, at the community programme in the city and to take part in other programmes,” he said while sharing pictures.

He will interact with members of the Indian community and also hold meetings with American tech leaders during his stay in New York.
PM Modi attended the Quad Summit hosted by Joe Biden on Saturday. While addressing the Summit, he said that the Quad alliance supported “rules-based international order, respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, and peaceful resolution of all issues”.
The Quad Summit was the last major event of Joe Biden’s Presidency as he bowed out of the November 5 elections. India will host the next Quad Summit in 2025.
He also interacted with Australian PM Anthony Albanese and Japan PM Fumio Kishida on the sidelines of the Summit.
“We seek to add even more momentum in areas like trade, security, space and culture. India greatly cherishes the time-tested friendship with Australia,” he said while sharing images of his interaction with PM Anthony Albanese.
